Mocktails / Zero-Proof

R&D

R&D is a sophisticated Fishtown staple known for its high-concept craft cocktails and a dedicated 'Zero Proof' menu. Non-drinkers can enjoy expertly balanced alcohol-free versions of classics like the Penicillin and Negroni in a dark, romantic lounge setting. It is consistently recognized as one of Philadelphia's premier destinations for a refined, inclusive nightlife experience.
